3. Custom Builds & Modifications

We offer customization of parts and configurations. All custom builds are subject to component availability and compatibility requirements. We reserve the right to suggest alternative components if your requested configuration presents compatibility or performance issues.

4. Pricing & Payment

Our pricing philosophy is "No markup, no nonsense." We provide transparent pricing with:

• Component costs at or near retail pricing
• Fair labor charges for assembly and testing
• Optional Care Package for extended support
• All prices subject to component availability and market fluctuations

5. Build Timeline

Each PC is hand-built and tested before shipping. Most orders ship within 7-10 business days. Build times may vary based on component availability and custom requirements. You will receive tracking information once your PC ships.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the PC and services provided. We are not responsible for consequential damages, data loss, or business interruption. All components are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
