Returns Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window

No-Questions-Asked Returns

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy for unopened PCs. If you're not completely satisfied with your custom build, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return period begins from the date of delivery, not the date of purchase.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your PC must meet the following conditions:

✓ Eligible for Return:

  • • PC in original, unopened condition
  • • All original packaging and materials
  • • All included accessories and cables
  • • No physical damage or modifications
  • • Returned within 30 days of delivery

✗ Not Eligible for Return:

  • • PC has been opened or used
  • • Missing original packaging
  • • Physical damage or modifications
  • • Custom configurations (special cases)
  • • Beyond 30-day return window

3. Defective or Damaged Items

Immediate Resolution

If your PC arrives damaged or has defects out of the box, we'll make it right immediately:

  • Full refund or replacement at your choice
  • We cover all return shipping costs
  • Expedited resolution process
  • No restocking fees or penalties

Contact Us

Email us at ncbentley4@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours.

Return Authorization

We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions, including prepaid shipping labels if applicable.

Package & Ship

Carefully repackage your PC in the original materials and ship using the provided instructions. Include the RMA number on the package.

Inspection & Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

5. Refund Information

Refund Details:

  • • Full refund for eligible returns within 30 days
  • • Original payment method - refunds processed to the same card/account used for purchase
  • • Processing time - 3-5 business days after inspection
  • • No restocking fees for returns in original condition
  • • Return shipping - customer responsibility unless item is defective

6. Custom Builds & Special Orders

Custom configurations may have different return policies due to the bespoke nature of the build:

  • Highly customized builds may be subject to a restocking fee
  • Special order components may not be returnable
  • We'll discuss return policies for custom builds before order confirmation
  • Defective custom builds are always fully covered

7. Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different configuration, please return your current PC following our return process and place a new order. This ensures you get exactly what you want and helps us maintain our quality standards.
